A1
Sometimes referred to as Arrowhead but that's just the patch shape category is the only non-event patch officially recognized by the lodge in the Arrowhead shape category, thus being the A1. There are several Nawakwa event patches that have the arrowhead shape but only this one is given the category of Arrowhead. 1978, 1987, 1988, 1999, 2000, and 2003 had event patches that had an arrowhead shape. Those were all given designations such as eA1978-4 with the "e" standing for "event". The "Indian Summer 2011" was held in Asheville, North Carolina (just like 2003) and was for any Arrowmen and guests from around the world. These programs were designed to "help strengthen Arrowmen’s understanding of American Indian culture and the relationship it has to OA ceremonies" during non-NOAC years. https://oa-scouting.org/history/indian-summer-2011. Nawakwa sent a contingent of around 50 people in 2011 thus only 50 patches. <br>
