All but 1964 were issued as "smiles". 1964 was issued as "smiles" and "frowns". There is some question as to whether or not this version was officially issued. Speaking to staff members from 1964, no one remembers seeing the "frown" patch in the trading post, only the "smile". But several (at least) exist. |
