Tall JSP, light yellow border, and plastic back. Created for the 1985 National Jamboree held in Fort A.P. Hill, VA, from July 24th-30th theme was The Spirit Lives On. Troop leaders: Troop 129, Scoutmaster- H. Lee Henderson, 1st Assistant- Gilbert Schneider, 2nd Assistant- Robert Inskeep, 3rd Assistant- Steve Painter, also Dr. Craig Zunka and Gary Neal Sr. Troop 130, Scoutmaster- Ron Zerkel, 1st Assistant- Clark Dixon, 2nd Assistant- Richard Evans, 3rd Assistant- Grant A. Richardson. Total of 90 scouts and scouters attended.
