The Delegate patch set has a teal background and originally only sold to members attending Miki Corps Miki Corps was an idea conceived between Lodge Chief Rick Watson J. and Lodge Advisor Chuck Wagner to assist the National OA in boosting OA High Adventure attendance. This was a youth member only program, unlike Arrow Corps 5 and Summit Corps. The sale of this patch set went to help subsidize final costs to youth participating in this program. |
