Originally there were going to be 50 sponsor flaps and 50 accompanying dangles. The interest was high so the quantity of flaps was increased to 70 but when the order was placed the quantity of dangles errantly wasn't increased. Members that ordered by the announced deadline received both patches. Members that ordered after the deadline received a flap, but no dangle.
