2024 NOAC set. The S3 is paired with the X1. Image is that of Steamboat Willie. Earlier in the year, this image became public domain - which resulted in several similar designs at NOAC - all black and white like the original image. The BLK bordered set is the trader version. Only 200 were made (patch scan is incorrect)
