Issued 2000-2015; John Dowe Award given to lodge chiefs upon successful completion of their term; This was issued intermittently; In the 1960s a generic, full bonnet Caldwell medal was used before the OTHERmedal1; Hand cast by Wilson Gonce out of cheap pewter from a mold made from Steve Willis' 1970s example; Issued on a RWB neck ribbon that varied from year to year. Not every chief got one, not because he didn't earn it, but because we forgot to pull them out of the box.
