Fully embroidered issue used to commemorate the first twenty five years of the lodge
First fully embroidered issue was used to commemorate the first twenty five years of the lodge. The central design remained the white buffalo skull with black detailing. The background has a blue sky with white clouds. To the right of the central design is a stand of green trees with brown trunks and green bushes around a two-toned blue lake with a brown shore line. To the left are bluffs in light brown, dark brown and yellow with detailing in black. A blue and white stream is flowing out of the bluffs. The flap was issued in 1965.
