These patches were originally ordered at the same time as the 2011 issues with the black borders, eX2011-6 & 7. Because of the shift in dates the training was held, no LLDC was held in 2012. By 2013 the LLDC had been replaced by the new iLead training for future years making the patches obsolete. The 2014 iLead flap (S92) was issued for participants and staff. Since these patches were already manufactured, they were sold to the staff of the iLead training in 2014.
