Issued in 2005, this flap was the designated trader flap for the 2005 National Jamboree. This flap was designed to match the trader Columbia-Montour Council JSP. It can be distinguished from the S28 by its green border and yellow ring. Despite being the trader flap, there is an equal number of S27’s and S28’s. The designer of the JSP was John Golomb.
