Issued in 2009, the S42 was the designated contingent flap for NOAC 2009. The theme was “High Voltage”, based on the ACDC song of the same name. Both the border and the lightning bolts are glow in the dark. Each contingent member received five. There were 21 members going to NOAC that year, and the Lodge received a flap, so 106 were made. The designer was Don Shoemaker.
