The NOAC 2002 flap set was designed by Bruce Paulson. The artwork was based on a photograph seen while searching the internet for pictures of black bears. The 300 fundraiser sets were individually numbered on the back and were sold for $10 each starting at the Winter Banquet in January 2002. All profits from the sale of these sets were used to reduce the costs for the Lodge contingent to attend NOAC 2002 in Bloomington, Indiana.
