Change tracking was not implemented intially, so some early change records do not have details outside of the date of change.

2012 NOAC Chevron
History
(none)
Talidandaganu' created this flap and it's accompanying patch (the X7) for the 2012 National Order of the Arrow Conference (NOAC) at Michigan State University. The lodge created two versions, one of which ostensibly was for lodge delegates. The two versions were so similar, and so difficult to distinguish from each other, that they are identified as only one issue. The difference is in the smoothness of the stitching of the mountain. 75 sets were made with the heavy thread for delegates. 300 sets were made with the lighter thread. A total of 375 sets were ordered.
