The 2015 NOAC trader flap set has a blue border. 1000 sets were produced. Sold for $10 each to the general membership, or $5 to contingent members. 46 youth and 13 adults were registered to attend NOAC along with 2 staff members. Designed by Chris Ratliff. Pairs with the S65.
