On August 1st 2023, Mason-Dixon Council, headquartered in Hagerstown, MD, merged with Shenandoah Area Council to become Mason-Dixon District under Shenandoah Area Council. This activity welcomed back Guneukitschik #317 to the Virginia-based Section. On July 16, 2024, Shenshawpotoo #276 and Guneukitschik #317 merged to form Onerahtokha #297. Just in time to attend the 2024 NOAC with a flap set.

The first lodge event was the Pow Wow (Legacy event from 317) held at Camp Sinoquipe on August 23rd-25th 2024. The theme was western and a founder flap and base flap were made available. The lodge swaps Pow Wow locations every year. On September 26th, 2024 Mason Dixon Chapter decided that they would rename to Conococheague Chapter to better reflect their history. The lodge hosts fall and spring inductions at both camps allowing for equal opportunities. At the Hijinx (Legacy event from 276) 2024, hosted by Potomac Chapter, the first neckerchief was made available. Hijinx swaps between the districts every year.

The newly formed lodge took the immense task of hosting the 2025 Section E9 Conclave on April 25th-27th. Pow Wow 2025 was held at Camp Rock Enon and theme was decades with each chapter have a different one. Hijinx 2025 was hosted by Conococheague Chapter. The lodge will host inductions for 2026, attend E9 Conclave, and Camp Sinoquipe will host Pow Wow.
