Matt Kirkland and James Hewitt identify this patch as the J5. Matt K. stated this JP was designed by Troy Price, JP Meier and Carl Johnson with 100 being made. I remember this patch being issued prior to the large jacket patch with Chapter feathers.
Ken K. has this patch listed as the J6 but again, he does not have a J5 identified. Richard Price believes this should be the J6 issued in 2006.
