Issued at the 2006 Fall Fellowship (September 8-10, 2006) in Berlin at a German Scout camp in Grunewald (Green Wood) called Grunewaldheim. It is red with white embroidery and the name Outpost of Freedom. About 100 brothers were in attendance and about 140-150 patches were issued.
