Sold along with J14 as a fundraiser to build a building to be used by the lodge during Summer Camp and can be rented out for use for other Scouting functions. A contribution of $50 earned you a J14 and additional silver tipped feathers (X6) were earned by an additional contribution of $15. You could add as many feathers to the J14 as you wanted, additional contributions are all that were required.
