The QR code numbers are skewed on these because Stadri offered a special deal in 2018. If you meet a certain price point in buying any patch, they would give you 100 addition units of the same design. We didn't need another 100, so we changed the colors (which does not constitute a design change). So, this solid blue ghost issue is the result, but the QR code for all of these comes out uas the standard Contingent flap, rather than the special issue chevron.
