SR-6A consisted of three Kentucky lodges, three Tennessee lodges, one Indiana lodge, and one Georgia lodge when it was created in the summer of 1993 and by the beginning of 1996 it consisted of two Kentucky lodges, three Tennessee lodges, and one Georgia lodge due to two mergers.
